Tips for an accurate result
- Face a window in daylight, with no direct sun.
- No filter, no beauty mode, and little or no makeup.
- Pull your hair back from your face if it is dyed; show your natural brows.
- Plain white or grey background; a white top helps too.
Reading your colors…
One quick check that you're a person:
Seasonal color analysis matches your clothes and makeup to your natural coloring: the undertone of your skin, the depth of your hair and the clarity of your eyes. Upload a selfie taken in daylight and our AI reads those colors, places you in one of the four seasons and shows the key colors that flatter you, with a virtual drape so you can see the difference on your own face. No photo handy? The quiz gets you there in about a minute.
How AI color analysis works here
- Take or choose a selfie. Face a window in daylight, without filters and with little or no makeup. Your browser shrinks the photo before it leaves your phone.
- The AI reads your colors. Google's Gemini model looks at your skin, hair and eye colors and the contrast between them. It judges colors only: it does not identify you and does not guess your age, gender or ethnicity.
- See your season free. You get your season (Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter), its four key colors and a virtual drape to compare a flattering color with one your season avoids.
- Unlock the full report if you want it. Your exact type out of 12, a 36-color palette, colors to avoid, makeup, hair and jewelry, an outfit color checker and a printable color card, for $4.99 one-time.

What seasonal color analysis tells you
Color analysts look at three traits. Undertone is whether your skin leans warm (golden, peachy) or cool (pink, blue). Depth is how light or deep your overall coloring is. Chroma is whether you look best in soft, muted colors or in clear, bright ones. Warm and clear makes a Spring, cool and soft a Summer, warm and muted an Autumn, and cool and clear a Winter. The 12-season system then splits each season into three types by its strongest trait, such as Soft Autumn, Soft Summer or Deep Winter.
Personal color analysis without the salon price
An in-person color analysis with fabric draping usually costs a few hundred dollars and is still the most precise way to find your colors. A selfie analysis is quicker and costs nothing to try, and the full report is $4.99. Light and camera settings can shift colors in a photo, so we show how confident each result is, suggest a retake when a photo isn't reliable and always name your next closest type. Frequently asked questions
Is the AI color analysis really free?
Yes. Your season, its four key colors and the virtual drape are free, for up to three photos a day on each device, with no sign-up. The full report with your exact type and 36-color palette is a one-time $4.99.
Do you keep my photo?
No. Your photo is sent once to Google's Gemini model on Google Cloud to read the colors and is then discarded. We keep only the colors and the result so your report link works.
How accurate is color analysis from a selfie?
It is good at telling warm from cool and light from deep when the photo is taken in daylight without filters. Colored light, beauty filters and heavy makeup shift the result, which is why we show a confidence level and the next closest type.
What if I dye my hair?
Your season is based on your natural coloring. Show your roots or natural brows if you can, or take the quiz and answer with your natural hair color.
